this tech was quick to respond and very reasonably priced for a Saturday service call. the problem was diagnosed quickly. He was very honest about the fact that the repair cost was such that a new machine made more sense.

he answered my call at 12:30 AM. Find out the issue. I am part of the $50 service covered the Repair did everything for $300 and very happy. He came the next morning at 9 AM and solve the issue in one hour.
