FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is all-inclusive: the performer(s), professional equipment, setup, and breakdown. No hidden fees. Pricing scales with ensemble size, event length, and travel — a solo pianist for a cocktail hour prices differently than a 7-hour DJ set or a jazz trio for a wedding reception. Tell us your date, venue, and vision and we'll give you a straight number within hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Three steps. First, a quick call or Google Meet to understand your event — the space, the crowd, the feeling you want. Second, we match you with the right performer(s) from our roster and confirm every detail in writing: arrival time, setlist direction, attire, logistics. Third, we show up early, impeccably prepared, and deliver. You'll have one point of contact — me, the founder — from first message to final note.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Berklee College of Music–trained pianist (full scholarship), and I still perform regularly myself. Every musician and DJ on our roster is vetted for both musicianship and professionalism — many are conservatory-trained, all are working professionals.
