Very professional. Prompt and well in touch. Moved three very large pieces of furniture up a patio flight of stairs and in through a sliding glass door. Was very nervous, but this went off without a hitch. Excellent work.

Top Speed Movers did an AWESOME Job helping me move. They helped me out last minute as I was stuck because another moving company screwed me and never showed up.
Mike and his crew were on time; professional; and handled my furniture with the upmost care. Furthermore, the rates are competitive and fair. They had my entire moving job completed start to finish in only 4 hours !

Mike and his team were amazing. Lamar, Jamie and Nate were kind, fast, helpful and funny! Moving is the worst and having a team who keeps a positive attitude and vibe makes a huge difference. Because I booked late, they had to rent a truck from uhaul in the morning which did impact our start time - but they did a tremendous job on my five mile local move with complicated furniture and random box sizes. They even installed my a/c and did a great job setting up furniture. These guys are awesome!

I’ve gone through many moves in my life and this one was up there when it comes to value. The team had to move a couple of my items over a balcony and also through and window and got the job done well. For a bigger high end move I might go with a company a little more careful about hitting walls but you really couldn’t beat the value with this move of some of my larger restoration hardware pieces. A big thanks to the team for getting my couch in creatively through the roof of the truck!

Top Speed did an excellent job moving all our furniture from the second floor to the first floor. Husband and I had been moving things piece meal and decided it was too much for us, not being as young as we used to be. So on Sunday I contacted Thumbtack about movers, they put in touch with Top Speed who contacted me that day. We emailed back and forth, came to a good price and on Wednesday three strong, young men arrived at our home and moved all our furniture. What a relief to have that done for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do. We get a list of items from each customer so then we can figure out how much time each move will take. Our customers pay by the hour for our service, we are transparent and work with integrity.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering some basic information about the customer and their potential move so we can access their needs and provide them with the exact service they require. We then get a list of the items they are moving and from there give them a guaranteed quote for those items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of this company I have been in the moving business for 10 years now and have worked with many different customers and on many different jobs. I have the qualities and experience needed to serve each and every customer.
