Windswept Workouts is a local program designed to complement your regular fitness program. During these 1 - 1.5 hour sessions, you will have a full body work-out with: thirty minutes of warming-up/cooling-down and stretching, thirty minutes of cardiovascular training, and thirty minutes of toning. Classes are $10 and are offered in Cambridge, Brighton and Methuen.
