Tired of calling your management company about a problem, and getting either a recording or empty promises? Or shoddy repair work? Well, that won't happen here! This company is all about "customer service". You will get a knowledgeable professional who will diagnose (if necessary) and fix the problem for a very reasonable cost in a reasonable timeframe. YIF Management has a team of skilled professionals who can resolve most problems accurately and quickly. And if they can't do it, they will find a skilled professional who can. Several years ago, on a holiday (Presidents Day), I had no water coming out of the hot water tap in my kitchen. In less than an hour, a plumber was in my unit, determined the blockage was not in my unit but the unit below, and in less than 20 minutes, I had hot water! We customize pricing for all of our clients depending on their specific needs for the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to begin by providing a written proposal outlining services, capabilities, scope of practice, and experience. Upon receipt of interest, we like to come out and meet with the Board of Trustees. We also like to conduct a free walkthrough and inspection of the property to evaluate everyone's needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management staff holds real estate licenses as well as college degrees and has been working in property management for more than 10 years.
