Philip tiled my front hall and bathroom. He Was available when I needed him. Showed up on time, great attitude, and the quality of his work was exceptional.Mar 16, 2017Verified
Phil is a true craftsman with masonry. He responded to my call for help - the bricks at the bottom level of our century old chimney were crumbling. Within two days he had carefully removed the crumbling bricks, a small section at a time, and replaced them with new bricks. His cheerful manner and his equally personable helper - his grown up son - lightened the mood of the day! He tackled the job with skill, professionalism, and -yes-he has a fine singing voice! I am happy to give him the highest possible recommendation.Mar 23, 2018VerifiedPhilip H.'s reply
Thank you so much Mary and it was my pleasure working for you.
My wife and I are very pleased that we selected Phillip to tile our bathroom. He is a joy to work with, shows up on time, follows-up and his workmanship was outstanding. It is obvious that he loves his work and brings a sense of joy to it that I rarely see as a businessman. I recommend him without reservation and will certainly call Phillip for future projects. As an aside...he also has a good singing voice:Feb 6, 2017Verified
As We Lay Masonry installed a backsplash and floor in our kitchen. Mr. Harrison is a true professional...on time, on budget, and had suggestions for improvements. I will certainly use his services again and recommend the As We Lay Masonry company to anyone needing flooring or tiling services.Jan 17, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not really, all my jobs varies because of all the different dimensions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all I like to meet my customers so we can discuss the project at hand! That way we are both on the same page. Then they explain what they want and I give them their options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated in 1984 from Southeastern regional vocational technical high school! Which I took up the masonry trade and I've been doing it now for over 30 plus years and I can honestly say I love my job still and every day I get to do what I love to do so I feel truly blessed!
