Michael was very professional and informative. He responded quickly to my request to conduct a termite Inspection of a home I was selling. Michael not only confirmed termite damage of a small area cited in the home inspection, but discovered additional damage elsewhere. Since there was no current termite activity detected, Michael came up with an affordable year-long monitoring program that was acceptable to the buyer. I highly recommend M&S Pest Control Service.
