I noticed that my air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly, so I reached out to an HVAC company I had heard about. They were really professional when I called, and they scheduled an appointment within 24 hours, which was great because it was starting to get pretty hot.
The technician arrived on time, which was impressive. He was very friendly, and he took the time to explain what might be wrong with the system and what he was going to do to fix it. I appreciated how clear and honest he was.
After a thorough inspection, he told me that the issue was a clogged filter and some refrigerant issues. He quickly took care of both. The price seemed reasonable for the work done, and I felt like I got good value for the service. Plus, the work was completed efficiently, and my AC was cooling properly again by the end of the day.
It was a great experience because the company not only fixed the problem but also communicated well, showed up on time, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I’d definitely call them again if I had another issue.
