NEVER HIRE WORST MOVING EXPERINCE. I don't think I've had a worse moving experience in my life. I followed up with them every second day for two weeks confirming that we were good to go. On the day of, they came to our apartment, took 3 things down, and then called me saying that they were too tired and that they could not do the job. This was on the 31st of August and we had to leave our apartment or our landlord would threaten legal action. They then said that they would call another crew shortly after which they cancelled that as well. They left our stuff in the trash room. When I asked for a refund, it took them more than an hour to get it back to me. It was insanely stressful and they were incredibly unprofessional. If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out to me professionally, I'd be happy to give you more details.
