AJGT came immediately after my inquiry. Was 1/2 the cost of other estimates. He also is an excellent communicator. He discovered some other issues on my roof that needed to be addressed and I took care of those quickly and professionally at a reasonable price.

We called Jose for a free estimate because of a tiny leak in a closet (2nd floor) and he replied right away, gave us the BEST quote for a total roof repair out of everyone. He told us it’s been more than 20 years and our neighbors ended up confirming it’s been 25 years (even though the sellers had told us it was midlife). Unfortunately since it was unexpected work not even one year of buying the house, we have to wait to recoup some money but we had Jose at least clean our gutters and fix the nails that were falling out, and cover the leak area to get us through the winter. We will definitely be calling Jose back to replace our roof by spring. You can tell that he truly wants to help homeowners!

Jose and his partner did a fabulous job cleaning my gutters and removing debris from my roof left by pine trees. He went the extra step and checked my roof for any areas that required sealing such as around vents and the chimney. He and his partner were polite, efficient and cleaned up the area before they left. Jose communicated via text and email before, during and after service, making communication clear and concise. AJGT Construction was the right choice for me and I will definitely call on them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by asking what they need done on the property and then I can get an idea of what it is, then I go and see the project and give an estimate and there I can give a price for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.
