I reached out to R2 restoration because I am looking for a siding replacement and although the contractor reached out immediately and was very professional, after confirming the appointment time twice, he no showed and stated that he didn’t have my address. After communicating over messages about the project and details, it’s mind boggling that if they didn’t have the address, they would’ve contacted me.
First impressions mean something especially for a job that requires attention to detail so I would simply say, proceed with caution. Perhaps this was a one off.
