- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with my pricing but it's really difficult to give a price without seeing the job so once the job is viewed it's a lot easier to give a fair quote
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I like to meet my customers so we can discuss the project at hand! That way we are both on the same page. Then they explain what they want and I give them their options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in 1984 from Southeastern regional vocational technical high school! Which I took up the masonry trade and I've been doing it now for over 35 plus years and I can honestly say I love my job still and every day I get to do what I love to do so I feel truly blessed!
