- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Management Fee is 6% of the total monthly rent collected or $100 per month, whichever is greater. We have established relationships with multiple vendors across many specialties; these relationships has allowed us to get great pricing on repairs, maintenance, and other projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would like to speak with the prospective new customer to review what they need and/ or want from a property management company, as well as get familiar with their property and it’s needs. Once they have reviewed and signed our contract, we send out our Owner Questionnaire, which allows us to collect more information from them regarding the property, it’s tenants, and other relevant information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees at Mason Management Residential have either a broker license or sales license in real estate for Massachusetts. Ross has his real estate broker license in both Massachusetts and Florida and started the company in 2011.
