Sir, you reached out to us in the morning and we had you scheduled immediately for a same day service. We made it very clear with you that we work directly with our customers and not for general contractors. We are a service based small family-owned business. After communicating with your property manager, Shawn, we agreed on a proper time to meet. We provided an arrival window between 2 and 4 o'clock. We reached out to Shawn once at 1:30 pm and then at 2:15 pm to set an expectation of arriving for 3 pm. We arrived at 3 pm and you had a general contractor on the job supposedly scheduled to do a walk-through with us. Instead of immediately leaving because, again, as we set expectations before with you we do not work for general contractors, I, the owner, took a half hour out of our day for free to give Shawn and your general contractor valuable information pertaining to the project. Considering we 1.showed up on time, 2.provided your team with valuable information, and 3.did not charge you for the consultation, we do not appreciate you leaving us an untruthful review.
