Very thorough, took the time to explain everything. Quality workmanship and materials used werent off the shelf home-cheapo done once and done right. Was hired for the first time to repair a job another plumber couldnt fix after two attempts.

I used to work with Darren (owner) at a previous job. He took me under his wing when I was just a young apprentice. He was always willing and happy to share his knowledge of the trade with me. He was super patient and always made sure I understood everything he was teaching me. But what made him stand out from every other plumber Ive worked with is the fact that he always put the customer first. He would ALWAYS make sure the customer fully understood what the issue in their home was, why it happened, how he was going to fix it, and what they should do to prevent future problems. Ive never met anyone else that takes as much pride in his work or anyone else whos so eager to create a relationship with all customers and make it his goal to give them peace of mind.
