Stephen did a great job at my Frame TV install above my fireplace! He was able to help me purchase the TV and the recessed box, installation was quick and easy. Would recommend him for any installation job.

Amazing experience from the very first interaction—responsive, expert recommendations, and high integrity. Managed our expectations around when he would get back to us, when he could make time etc. He was punctual, showed up prepared, and (aside from being really thoughtful, kind, and respectful of our space) did an amazing job. My favorite part was when he got finicky about the leveling of the TV though none of us could notice the slant - he kept trying to fix it 😂 His work helped finally bring life to our living room and for that I’m so grateful. I’d recommend him to anyone.

While I ended up going with my own contractor, and did not Interior Customs Inc, I thought I should review them. They were the only contractor out of 4 who answered my question on the available options for installing Frame TV without any further question, which showed their expertise. Unfortunately the response came in 2.5 hours after my question and I was already losing trust in the other experts so decided to go with another contractor (outside of thumbtack).

Stephen did a phenomenal job installing two lights at my home. I messaged him in the morning to submit an inquiry and by the end of that day, both lights were finished! One ended up being a bit tricky and he needed to run to the store for a part, and even though it was getting late in the evening, he stayed to finish the job. our customers should know that they will always be getting the best quality service for a fair price when hiring me for their project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I will speak to the client to discuss the project, in some cases I will visit the client beforehand to get a better idea of the project to provide an estimate on pricing. From there we would just book a date to get started after we agree on pricing and I will receive my payment when the project is complete

7 years experience in Electrical work, Light Fixture Installation, plugs, switches, custom wiring, Mounting TVs, Home Theatre Setup. Smart Home Installation and more
