I would recommend Stephen for your TV mounting project. He was quick to respond and was available at a time that fit my busy schedule outside normal business hours. He was also able to problem solve when we discovered there was limited space behind my drywall because of an exterior brick wall. Of course, the TV looks great on the wall with no cables! Stephen responded to my inquiry very fast. He asked questions to understand what we wanted and he made himself available very quickly for us. He installed two TV mounts and sound bars, which look amazing. We ran into a couple small issues but he came up with solutions to achieve exactly what we wanted. He is professional, knowledgeable, very easy to work with and we trusted him explicitly. He have already talked to him about some upcoming projects. Stephen at Interior Customs installed a wallmounted TV in a guest bedroom. The work included installation of a wall mount, a recessed power outlet (so no cords would show) and hanging a 43" TV. His work was excellent and meticulous. It came out exactly as I was hoping. He also installed a SimpliSafe door bell for me - which he did quickly and with no issue. He was responsive when I contacted him, we spoke briefly to talk through the work, I sent pictures of the space I wanted the TV to be hung and he was prepared for the job when he arrived. I would hire Stephen again for future jobs and highly recommend him.

Generally I will speak to the client to discuss the project, in some cases I will visit the client beforehand to get a better idea of the project to provide an estimate on pricing. From there we would just book a date to get started after we agree on pricing and I will receive my payment when the project is complete
