Introduction: I offer custom small-scale, budget-friendly property management and vacation rental services in Cambridge and Somerville, MA. You choose what you want to take off your plate and I’ll take it on—eg, coordinating repairs, basic maintenance, finding tenants, tenant relations, dealing with payments, and/or managing any and all aspects of annual unfurnished or furnished/shorter-stay vacation rentals. Unlike larger management companies, I charge an affordable hourly rate and don’t take a cut on contractors’ services or mark up their prices. So you only pay for the services you need and only when they’re performed. I’ve managed a 3-unit building in Cambridge for 5 years on behalf of owners who live overseas, in addition to managing a condo I own and rent out in Somerville.
