Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The services we perform are usually household, apartments, condos, and commercial moves. We specialize in protecting your belongings. We make sure all of your household goods are wrapped, and all your glass items are properly boxed. We also move some upright pianos and commercial appliances as well.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Have everything packed and ready to go if you are worried about time. The ones who are still packing while we are doing the move, are the ones who are most likely to go over their estimated time because they are the ones who are not ready. So just be packed up fully and we will come and get it done in a reasonable time, and in a safe manner.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How do they lift such heavy furniture, without hurting themselves? Its the way one has to lift properly. Knees bent, back straight, and grip with no slip.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We like to see customer very happy when they move. We like to service our customer to the our best ability. We like to hear customers say "wow, that was fast" or "thats a good price." That when you know we are satisfying customers all over. We like to lift! It is actully part our weekly work out. So dont feel bad when you have a lot of boxes or a lot of stairs, because we are experienced at what we do. We are the professionals that you don't have to worry about when it comes to quality service.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Question: What do I do if my box spring won't fit in my new apartment stairway? It can come up.
Answer: Proply get 2 twin box springs or if you have balconies, then hoist it.
Question: Do I need to take apart my furniture before the movers get here?
Answer: If you want to, but we do all the taking apart and putting together that is needed. We provide tools for any peices of furniture that are requied to come apart.
Question: Do I pay before or after the move? This is a frequently asked question.
Answer: You only pay after everything is unwrapped, put together, placed in disired location, and documents are signed at the end of your move. Never pay a mover at the begining of the move.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish they knew how hard it is to constantly go up and down stairs with their belongings, especially if they are on the 3rd floor. But we don't complain, we just do it……like Nike.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Working with other companies gave me the direct knowledge I need to know. I worked doing moving for over 10 years, so I know the ins and out of the business.
