I’ve worked with peacock for about 6 months now. They’ve been great to work with, have always been responsive and have take care of things we didn’t want to or couldn’t take care of. Craig and Kelly have both been professional and easy to reach in case of any issues. Having a web portal is very helpful and their ticket system is very simple and easy to use. That's why we are always upfront and forthright about our property management-related fees. If you have a question about how we calculate our fees, simply ask, we promise to answer you honestly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new customer relationship begins with a complimentary consulation meeting. During this in-person meeting, you will meet our entire team, including our two co-founders, accountant, property managers, and customer relations and operations managers. This essential meet and greet will also give us the opportunity to get to know you and your needs better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our entire team is very dedicated to continued education. In fact, we most recently became a member of the Community Assoications Institute, also known as CAI. CAI is an international membership organization that provides information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them.
