MOBILE MIXERS PRICING Cape Cod Mobile Mixers is the Cape’s original mobile bar service established in 2015. Our truly vintage 60’s trailers provide a unique atmosphere with professional T.I.P certified bartenders. Our trailers are fully equipped with draft and soda systems ready to serve you and your guests great local beers, wines, or even signature cocktails. Mobile Mixers does not provide the alcohol for your event, but we work closely with our vendor which provides all orders with a 20% discount and will buy back anything that is not used in order to save as much money as possible! Mobile Mixers will also provide fully licensed transportation of the alcohol to and from the event as part of the package price. One of the biggest problems at large weddings or events is trying to deal with large lines at your bar. Our full draft and soda systems allow our bartenders to operate efficiently and in turn improving the hosts and guests experience exponentially. Package 1 - Beer & Wine with Trailer and Bartenders - This package includes your choice of two draft beers, any amount of red/white/rose/sparkling wines. - 5 hours of bar service (additional $200 per hour) - Set up and breakdown of our trailer - Full soda system including (pepsi, diet pepsi, ginger ale, cranberry, soda water, tonic, and tap water - 2 tap kegerator CO2 system with a 2 half barrel capacity - Generator (if there is no access to electricity)($75) - All disposable plastic drinkware (wine, beer, and tumblers) - All barware including straws, napkins, stirrers, garnishes, and ice This package price is determined by taking the amount of people attending the event and multiplying it by $15 per person. *Packages 1&2 have a $1000 minimum and are subject to a 18% gratuity and applicable sales tax for your area Package 2 - Liquor, Beer & Wine with Trailer and Bartenders - This package includes your choice of two draft beers, any amount of red/white/rose/sparkling wines as well as any liquor requested. - 5 hours of bar service (additional $200 per hour) - Set up and breakdown of our trailer - Full soda system including (pepsi, diet pepsi, ginger ale, cranberry, soda water, tonic, and tap water - 2 tap kegerator CO2 system with a 2 half barrel capacity - Generator (if there is no access to electricity)($75) - All disposable plastic drinkware (wine, beer, and tumblers) - All barware including straws, napkins, stirrers, garnishes, and ice This package price is determined by taking the amount of people attending the event and multiplying it by $16 per person. *Packages 1&2 have a $1000 minimum and are subject to a 18% gratuity and applicable sales tax for your area Package 3 - Trailer Only - $800 If you are in need of a cool bar set up for your upcoming event and want to save a little bit of money, then this package might be the best option for you . You are more than welcome to staff and stock the trailer but we must approve the caterer or bartending staff prior to the event. Remember, when you rent the bar cart you are providing the bartenders with a dream work environment that includes a full draft and soda system! FAQ’S Do you supply the alcohol? Mobile Mixers does not provide the alcohol for your event, but we work closely with our vendor which provides all orders with a 20% discount and will buy back anything that is not used in order to save as much money as possible! Mobile Mixers will also provide fully licensed transportation of the alcohol to and from the event as part of the package price. Can you host a cash bar? No. Unfortunately, as we do not have a liquor license, we cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages. However, we work closely with another Bar business who does so just ask! Where are you located and will you travel? We are located on Cape Cod and travel from P-Town to Falmouth as part of our base package pricing. but we travel all over New England as well as the islands. If you’d like Mobile Mixers to venture somewhere outside of the Cape’s borders then let’s talk about it and see if we can make it work! What is your payment and refund policy? We require a $500 non refundable deposit to confirm your reservation and hold the date. Cancellations made within 60 days of your event will not be refunded. The remaining payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Do you have a rain date policy? Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event. What are the technical requirements for the bar? Our bar requires flat ground for setup and service, clear access for set-up and break down. Please be aware that we must tow the Bar Cart into place with our vehicle so soft lawns and very tight places might be an issue. We will also need access to two standard outlets. If your event is located somewhere without electricity, we can add a generator to your package. How far in advance do we need to book? Dates during peak season book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so it’s always worth reaching out to see what we have available. That being said, earlier is always better Do you carry insurance and what kind of permits are required? We carry General Event Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for the event. When you purchase the beer and or liquor, you assume responsibility of the event.
