Do not hire any Locksmiths that advertise "$19 Service call " or any other ridiculously low price for a Service Call. These companies are scammers. They will get to your house or place of business after you have probably waited for 45 minutes to an hour and then they will raise the price insanely. Prices can reach anywhere from $300 to $1,000 for a Lockout. It all depends on what neighborhood you live in. That's how these scammers "make up" the price. There are lots of articles on Google regarding these scams. Just Google "Locksmith scams".
