We had a different plumber out about a week ago and they left us with a leak in our wall that we discovered today when it stated dripping through our ceiling. I messaged Taisuke and he was at my house in about 15 minutes! He very quickly identified the source of the leak as the washing machine plumbing upstairs and was able to repair the pipe to stop the leak. He’s fantastic, I saved his contact info and he is certainly our go-to plumber from now on! Highly recommend! Thumbtack only lets you choose 3 top qualities when leaving a review, but Taisuke deserves them all!!

So very glad we brought him in to assess a sudden leak in the basement that we thought was the result of a cracked pipe after our deep freeze. He spent over an hour, checking things throughout the basement, main floor, and the second floor bathroom, even went outside to look at the roof before he diagnosed the problem, which was a huge chunk of ice that had settled near the vent pipe on the roof… it was melting, causing water to seep down and between the walls. He said the leak would likely stop when that’s snow melted or we were removed the ice, which we did, and in fact, it took care of it! We’ll still need to see about that in the spring to avoid future recurrences but in the meantime, I feel like some might have opened our walls or done something more extreme since they were here. He what’s so pleasant and thorough in diagnosing our problem and charged Only $50 for the hour and a half he spent here, not to mention his travel. Highly recommend and when we need a plumber will be calling him for sure!

Esaki is extremely punctual, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He has excellent knowledge of plumbing systems and helped me diagnose and fix an issue with my Navien tankless combi boiler efficiently.
