- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Call Rate: $100 fee for first hour, $65/hour for additional time. Free Estimates are provided to all customers within a half an hour driving radius of the Chicopee, MA area. I accept check or cash payments only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to thoroughly understand what the customer is requesting to have done along with explaining in as much detail what steps and procedures will need to be made to give them the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in the electrical field. 4 years of electrical theory. 21 hours of electrical code updates every 2 years.
