I started as an apprentice to a master tile setter and from there, I branched out to the commercial field, where I have been working for 15 years as a job-site supervisor. My experience there has taught me the importance of finishing a project promptly. If I had to pick one thing that made me stand out, it would be my attention to detail. My ability to listen to what the customer wants done by helping them reach their design goals is my #1 priority. I am a full-service installer. Services include carpet, sheet vinyl, all types of laminate click-together flooring, and hardwood. I also specialize in ceramic tile along with tile design. William and his son did new LVP flooring for kitchen/dining area in my house and did an incredible job. They were extremely sensitive to not making a mess, and were perfectionists at getting cuts exact, and put way more effort into the project than I expected for the reasonable price. Would highly recommend, and will be using them again in the future.

William professionally installed Pergo wood laminate flooring in our kitchen pantry and transition to the foyer. Throughout the project, William consistently demonstrated patience and resilience in under cutting all of the corners, round cabinets and under doorways. He professionally installed transitions between spaces as well as a brass insert to the basement and quarter inch round throughout the perimeter. He arrived on time work through throughout each each day like an artist on his craft. I highly recommend William for fine detail work and look forward to having him back on a future project. I'm a friendly, kind and meticulous individual who loves my work. I take great pride in all my jobs large and small.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at Chicopee Comp. Worked as a chemical engineer for 15 years at textile mill in the same town until the company moved overseas. I was very fortunate to meet a master tile setter who took me under his wing. I worked with him for about 10 years. Then I moved to the city and got a job with a high volume commercial flooring company. There I continued my training in all types of flooring products and applications. Now I am a project supervisor, overseeing large commercial jobs in hospitals and schools.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started over 20 years ago as an apprentice for a very particular master tile setter. He's the one that installed my level of detail and my approach to customer needs. I moved into the city and hooked up with a very busy commercial flooring company and I've been with them for over 15 years.
