I most recently had the pleasure of having Green River replace my roof. I have never experienced such reliable hard working contractors. They show up on time, work a whole day and then some, clean up after themselves right down to the last nail. If they need to clear away foliage to get at the roof, then they do, and again, very thoroughly. and neatly. These are good men with great integrity and honesty. I have used Paul's contracting, rental management, and real estate services for many years. He's my go-to guy. Paul is able to find good buyers and/or renters quickly, He's a good communicator and his work is an outstanding value, something I seldom find in these trades. I highly recommend Paul and Green River.

    GEBS just made it possible for me to substantially increase my rental income. The tenants in one of my apartments moved, after having lived there for many years. The place looked like a dump, and needed to be remodeled. Luckily, I had GEBS recommended to me by friends, and after meeting Geoff and being impressed by his knowledge and also by how friendly and understanding he is, I hired him to fix the place. GEBS did a wonderful job: fixing damaged walls and woodwork, replacing old ceiling lamps with LED, replacing old plumbing fixtures, fixing the hardwood floors, etc. When the work was done, the place looked absolutely amazing. Not only did I have no trouble finding new tenants, the way the renovated apartment looks now allowed me to increase the rent by $385/month! In about 10 months' time, this extra rent will have paid for the renovation work, and after that it'll be pure profit. As soon as tenants move out of any of my other rental units, I'm calling GEBS to fix those up too!

    When looking to replace my prior management company I called Precision and 3 others to see how they operated. Joe took the time to answer all my questions in detail and provided me with additional information about a few things that I hadn't even thought to ask about. While the company is only a few years old they have been in the business for over 15 years and have their own maintenance guys and some regular contractors they work with to take care of any problems. The fact that they have an online portal for their clients, both owners and renters, was huge for me since I live out of state - I don't have to call anyone to get an update I can just log in at any time and see who has paid, what bills are outstanding, and what maintenance requests were made. As an added benefit Bill even helped me get rid of my prior management company, who was being very difficult about the whole thing. I'm looking forward to working with Precision for years to come. They provide me with full management services at a reasonable price, and have made my life much easier.
