This is one of the easiest reviews to write, given the level of customer service we received. Tom answered our inquiry almost immediately; we didn’t go a full 24hrs before hearing back. He came within 48hrs to assess the project, new front steps and columns for a doorway overhang. He gave us an honest quote, fully explaining the level of work that he could see (always with a window of “what ifs” once things begin); the original estimate stood true, there were no concerns about payment for the completed job. He provided an accurate estimate of when he could start the project and showed up exactly on that date. He and his crew were extremely professional when working on the project; they were prompt with start and end times during each day of work, keeping the space tidy when not around and upon departure. The quality of the product and work far exceed what we were even expecting truly took the project we had in our heads above and beyond! We live on a close-knit street, even our neighbors noticed how impressive the work ethic was and have all complimented the completed project. Tom and crew helped give our home the upgrade it needed along with an immense amount of peace of mind knowing the front of our home is safely built and will last for years to come. We look forward to sharing his name with many of our friends and family, and hiring Tom again ourselves should a new home improvement project arise. We cannot thank Tom and his crew enough for their great work. We highly recommend Tom, you won’t be disappointed!

Tom was responsive right away when I reached out about exterior wood rot. He came to look at my issue a few days after we spoke and was very informative. He was able to help me understand what was going on and an additional related problem with a sloping deck corner adjacent to the wood rot where water was being continuously directed. He quoted me an initial price, was transparent and gave an idea of how much it could go up depending on what they found when they worked on the sill rot. I appreciated that because I was able to financially plan ahead. Price was fair and exactly what my contractor friend estimated I’d have to pay. Tom said I wouldn’t be on the schedule until October but they got the work done sooner than expected and in time for major incoming rains- a relief. They finished within the day and looks and feels solid and left the space clean .Will definitely reach out to Tom again when I inevitably have future siding/deck/roof projects.

Tom and his team did a fantastic job on our deck. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and very well made. Was planned to be a simple job, but the task significantly expanded due to the pre-work inspection.
