I called Tom about a leak in my roof. In just describing the problem on the phone, he was able to diagnose the problem and propose a viable solution. When he came to look at it in person, I thought he would give me a quote and then schedule the repair for another day. But he fixed it right then and there! He’s fast, reliable, easy to communicate, knowledgeable, and very kind. I will definitely give him a call for future home improvement needs!
