Extremely knowledgeable about criminaldefense law. Is helping me get out of a couple minor as well as some semi serious jams. Was able to convince the judge to go against every single stipulation the DA tried to implement. (Remain in state, GPS bracelet, random drug testing, etc..). Very confident in trial ability, overall an excellent lawyer.

I can't imagine that attorneys come anymore talented than Brian. From case research to closing arguments and everything in between, he performs at a world class level. During my experience as his client, he was able to expose major police misconduct and dishonesty that lead to my wrongful criminal accusations. He used a combination of research, witness examination, and sheer perseverance to overcome a biased superior court system and a prosecution team willing operate outside of the law. Above all, his greatest ability is his moral compass. He actually cares about his clients lives. He brings a much needed human element to today's courtrooms and The Commonwealth is a better place because it. Very few attorney's on either side of the judicial system are as knowledgeable in the field of law as he is, and none of them fight as hard as he does for their clients.

I owe attorney Kelley a lot. From the moment he reviewed my case he aggressively perused a dismissal- and that all started before arraignment. Because of him, after two court appearances, I was able to get my case dismissed prior to being arraigned. While some attorneys may have been content to go through the motions until a trial started attorney Kelley worked hard right from the start. This work that he did saved me from having a criminal record and having to report this to my employer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case is different but I prefer a flat fee. A flat fee is one price no matter how many hours are used on the case. Usually this is more efficient - particularly for the client when compared to an hourly fee which in many cases can be more costly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client and go over the charges, review the complaint or indictment and review the allegations with an eye on the best strategy on defending the case against them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to law school and graduated in 2002. I worked for the public defenders office for 8 years. My experience in that time frame included over 40 felony trials. At this stage I have tried over 45 felony trials including 3 homicudes. I've recieved countless training hours and have conducted trainings myself.
