I owe attorney Kelley a lot. From the moment he reviewed my case he aggressively perused a dismissal- and that all started before arraignment. Because of him, after two court appearances, I was able to get my case dismissed prior to being arraigned. While some attorneys may have been content to go through the motions until a trial started attorney Kelley worked hard right from the start. This work that he did saved me from having a criminal record and having to report this to my employer. Because of how he handled my case - my family and I were able to totally put this embarrassing incident behind us. Thanks attorney Kelley!

Criminal Defense Attorney

I had a lot of questions and Brian was very candid and helpful in getting those answered. I would recommend Brian to anyone in need of someone in their corner. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a downright good human being. He made the process feel much more personal than I would have expected.

Criminal Defense Attorney

Extremely knowledgeable about criminal defense law. Is helping me get out of a couple minor as well as some semi serious jams. Was able to convince the judge to go against every single stipulation the DA tried to implement. (Remain in state, GPS bracelet, random drug testing, etc..). Very confident in trial ability, overall an excellent lawyer.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every case is different but I prefer a flat fee. A flat fee is one price no matter how many hours are used on the case. Usually this is more efficient - particularly for the client when compared to an hourly fee which in many cases can be more costly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I meet with the client and go over the charges, review the complaint or indictment and review the allegations with an eye on the best strategy on defending the case against them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to law school and graduated in 2002. I worked for the public defenders office for 8 years. My experience in that time frame included over 40 felony trials. At this stage I have tried over 45 felony trials including 3 homicudes. I've recieved countless training hours and have conducted trainings myself.
