I recently had an urgent plumbing issue with the overflow of my furnace and needed immediate assistance. Thankfully, I found Fernando, a plumber who exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I reached out, his response was prompt, understanding the urgency of my situation. He arrived quickly to assess the issue, bought the parts for me and offered a very practical and convincing solution demonstrating professionalism and expertise.

Although the problem couldn't be resolved in the initial visit, his commitment to service shone through. He took the initiative to source the required parts on his own time, showing a level of dedication that is rare in-service providers these days. The very next day, he was back at my doorstep, ready to fix the issue. True to his word, he resolved the problem efficiently and effectively.

What stood out the most was his transparency and fairness in pricing. He charged a very reasonable fee for his services, a refreshing experience in an industry where costs can often be inflated.

I am thoroughly impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. He didn't just provide a service; he offered peace of mind and reliability. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any future plumbing needs. In fact, I've already recommended him to several friends. If you're in need of a plumber who is prompt, professional, and reasonably priced, look no further.

Sugey came early and was ready to go. He replaced a water heater tank in a short period of time. No issues, no hassle, just in & out and I was good to go. Would hire again for other plumbing needs!
