John is very accommodation and made everything look good under a budget while meeting and exceeding my expectations! The job wasn't easy, he had to repair mistakes made by previous contractors. New sub floors and flooring, trim, cabinets, drywall and repairs, plumbing of the toilet and sinks and vanities. It's a very old apt and nothing is square or even but he made it look fresh and new!
