Masterfix is phenomenal. Owner is extremely responsive, easy to schedule, diagnosed my dryer issue very well. The technician came the same day and thoroughly tested to figure out root cause, suggested part replacement. Came back in a week with original factory parts, installed, and dryer is working great now. Will use again for any other appliance issues.

This professional came quickly, identified the problem with the washer's electronic control board. He replaced it, and solved the problem, and cleaned inside the gasket and window too. It was pricey, but that is because almost every every appliance is a computer. I will definitely call him again if we have difficulties.
