I am pretty sure I will never use anyone else for appliance repair. He’s that good. He worked us in very quickly, and it clear he knows what he is doing. He very quickly diagnosed the issue. When the part got stuck in the system, he tracked it down to a warehouse outside Boston and drove to retrieve the part. It was installed the same day. When was done? Our appliance wasn’t just repaired, it was spotless and though my cleaned as if that entire section of our kitchen had been made brand new. I simply cannot imagine ever using anyone else after this.

I messaged Ramin on behalf of my mom for an issue she was having with her dryer. He called me very quickly after I put in the request and was able to come out same day.
