Medardo was great to work with and I'd happily have him and his crew work here again! Our bathroom ceiling was in rough shape with old paint flaking off due to humidity, some mildew and discoloration especially over the shower. Medardo and his guys took the time to tape off and cover all the fixtures, scraped and sanded off all of the old paint, cleaned up the trouble spots on the bare ceiling, and painted it up good as new. They also re-caulked the bathtub and shower while they were here for a very fair price. Absolutely recommend Galvez Painting!

Merdado painted 3 rooms in my new apartment. He/his crew did an incredible job, they were punctual, very efficient and the quality of the work was great. I would highly recommend them.

Medardo and his crew did a pretty big project for us- closing up a wall after a fireplace demo and interior painting on all walls, doors, baseboards, and ceilings, plus skimming on all ceilings and some walls on our almost 2,000 sq ft townhouse. MEDARDO was super easy to communicate with, very responsive. Very patient. Lots of things were added throughout, and I wasn’t always great at making decisions. Some issues did come up towards the end once the doors dried but we were able to resolve quickly. Due to the holidays and changes along the way they worked in our places for about a month (this timeframe made sense for us, I felt they worked very efficiently while still creating fair working conditions for their crew) and I always felt super comfortable bringing anything up and chatting with them.

I hired Medardo to paint the whole interior (and some exterior) of a project I was working on. He was very easy to work with, as well as pleasant and professional. In addition it was refreshing to work with someone who answered his phone or txt messages promptly. Often times people don’t answer their phone calls, txts, or emails- however I did not find Medardo to be like that. We touched based many times throughout the project and he either answered my calls, or got back to me within minutes. I worked with him on a fixed rate price for the project, but did add in several extras- overall I thought pricing was reasonable and fair. Hourly rate is higher than I normally pay as a RE investor, but Medardo is a hard worker (and pretty quick) so he’s not burning time on the clock—well worth it for odds and ends painting items. I also found Medardo to be friendly and easy going- I enjoyed working with him, and will definitely call him for future projects. Based on my experience I would highly recommend others to call Medardo for their painting needs.
