Our experience working with Manny, and MM service was very positive. First and foremost, the work done was of high quality, it looks fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results! In addition, the overall process from design/estimates to demolition and construction was as good as it gets. The crew always showed up on time, was pleasant, worked hard, and left the work areas clean at the end of each day. One of the things that MM services in particular Manny is that excels at is communication. Each day we always knew who would be there, what time they were arriving, and what they were going to work on. Anything unexpected or needing a decision was always brought to our attention immediately. Manny always gave a sense of urgency to make sure that we were happy with the results of every aspect of the project; no detail was too small. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well, I offered no discount but my price it’s fair and always base in the best performance of the project that they looking for we buy the right materials and we do take our time to install those right materials that way it’s not a waste of good product
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go meet the customer talk a little bit that way I know what kind of person I’m doing and based on that conversation percent different auction related to the project and suggest things that he might like, take my time to know him or her and make the situation the best possible for both making sure to give and 100% of satisfaction on the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ll be working on construction since 15 I’m 37 now I studied to get a CSL unrestricted. That means I can build a building or I have the knowledge to do it
