I'm so happy that I found Marissa to get hair and makeup done for myself as well as for the rest of the bridal party! From the very beginning, she was just so easy to talk to, and that's probably why I had no worries about just meeting her on the big day without a trial (Because of how far I lived, it just couldn't happen and she was very understanding of that). She arrived prepared, followed all safety protocols, and knew exactly how to get everyone comfortable and listen to what kind of style they wanted. She was calm, accommodating and professional through all the surrounding wedding chaos and schedule changes, which didn't affect her attention to detail one bit. Her technique is amazing, with a really light and gentle touch on the face as well as the hair, that as the bride, I could just de-stress and leave everything to her hands. All of our makeup came out beautiful and natural, fitting with the forest venue we had, and even when I had to rush out of there as mine was completed, Marissa was easygoing about everything. If you want a professional who works hard to make you look your best and feel your most beautiful, and as a bonus, can roll with the punches on a wedding day, Marissa is your girl! I highly recommend her to any bride looking for a natural look and just amazing hairstyles (the one we all went for)--she will not disappoint!

Marissa did an amazing job on my party for my vow renewal this weekend in Cambridge. To say she was excellent would be an understatement. Her kindness and support all day was extraordinary. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and actively engaged everyone throughout the lead up to the event. MJ was amazing! I got my hair & makeup done for a wedding & it all came together perfectly! MJ did my makeup for my wedding and she did such an amazing job. I reached out to her three weeks before my wedding (too short notice..i know) and expected no reply but she was quick to response and scheduled a makeup trail. I explained to her that I know nothing about makeup or hairstylist and just want her to do what she does. Just a background, it was a Indian Italian Irish fusion wedding. And I was wore a bright red saree. She arrived on time and made me comfortable since the beginning and then she started her magic. I was so pleased and happy that I found her. She did such an amazing job that I ended up giving her number to a few ladies afterwards ☺️
