Jose and his team at OG Tile saved the day for me when they agreed to take on my bathroom remodel job, which was started by another contractor who could not finish due to health reasons. Jose provided a detailed and fair estimate for the work and had his guys on-site within a few days. The guys showed up on time each morning and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The workers were polite and respectful of my home. There were a few small hiccups along the way which is inevitable in a remodel, but Jose always responded quickly and addressed my requests to my satisfaction. I'd say I was fortunate to find the combination of quality work, reliability, competitive pricing, and communication. I would definitely re-hire.
