Great communication from the start. The owner Sam came out to my home and gave me a fair quote and promised it would be completed the next day. I was not disappointed!!!! Sam and his crew showed up and got to work and were completed by 3pm.Sam is a great guy to work with and his crew were very friendly and ski at their job! I would totally recommend Modern Paving!

Sam came out the same day I called for a quote. He was high energy and personable. We agreed to a price that felt reasonable and Sams crew showed up the next day and got the job done and cleaned up nicely. If anything they over-delivered on what we agreed to and the whole thing was quick and simple. No complaints!

Great job and great crew. It is a family business. Sam answered my call at noon on Wednesday 4/8/26 and met me at my house at 6 in the evening. He threw me a fair number and said they would be there at 9 the next morning Thursday 4/9/26 to do the job, 88' x 18' driveway with walkway. They showed up on time and were done by 3 pm. They left the jobsite clean. I'm very happy and would HIGHLY recommend Modern Paving.

Sam and his crew from Modern Paving exhibit the highest level of professionalism and customer service. I called to inquire about having a driveway installed on my property. Sam immediately returned my call and said he could meet the next morning to go over the job and give me an estimate. He showed up right on time and even brought me a coffee. He listened to my job requirements very carefully and made detailed measurements of the area to be paved. He asked many questions and I got the feeling that he really cared about giving the exact finished product that I wanted. The estimate was fair although a little above my budget. We soon came to an agreement on the price that worked for both parties. We set a time the next day to set stakes in the ground together to mark the exact boundaries and shapes I wanted. Again he showed up right on time. We spent quite a bit of time setting the stakes and lines until it looked exactly as I had envisioned. The crew showed up at nine AM the next morning and started work. By 2:30 in the afternoon I had a beautiful new driveway. The work was started and finished exactly when Sam said it would be almost to the minute. The entire process from initial contact to final product was less than one week. I would recommend Modern Paving to anyone wants to hire a company that cares about their customers and delivers a great end result.
