After five years of stagnation and three failed contractors prior, Uillian was able to provide a great quote for a side porch project and begin work quickly and efficiently, accomplishing more in several weeks than others had done in months prior. He and his partner arrived promptly every day and worked diligently and attentively, communicating with me constantly to ensure the project was going according to plan, as well as offering their own expertise and saving me money wherever possible. In addition to helping me in selecting materials, I also greatly appreciated that they were able to make use of many of the materials that had been purchased and left by the previously hired contractors who had not started and abandoned their project; whereas they themselves had at that time insisted that I purchase entirely new materials. Their willingness and flexibility saved a great deal of time and money, and the final product came out flawlessly.
