The work was completed. I’m more of 3.5 stars. I needed to repair the ceiling in the bathroom and change the vent. The pro thought I only needed to change the cover, when I believe I was pretty clear it’s the whole vent, because I wanted have more powerful one. I specifically bought the vent in advance the same size. They installed the vent after finishing the ceiling and because vent connections was not centered with the wall, it treated a gap on one side. I believe if they checked it before doing ceilings, they could have add drywall/fix it. They discovered it at the end and said it will cost me more to cover the gap. I understand it’s not their fault directly, but if they would have done more planning- the issue would be avoided.
