Murillo, Beatrice, and their team at Pessotti Contruction were professional and very thoughtful and caring every step of the way for our deck replacement project.Starting with an on-site visit, the team quickly understood our goals (and budget) and offered plenty of options for us to choose from. They were not overbearing or pressuring us while discussing best options for our budget and the timing of the project, which was most appreciated.We were then pleasantly surprised at the committment they made for completion of the project before a summer backyard celebration, and they worked diligently and communicated with us throughout the process until completion.The quality of work astonished us and we got several compliments on our beautiful new deck, which was completed on time and within budget. We discovered Pessotti Construction through an online search. Our goal was to gather several quotes for our exterior home project. We are very pleased that we connected with Murillo and Beatriz! From the moment they arrived at our home, their attitude and presence were humble and welcoming. They listened carefully to our wishes for the project and provided valuable guidance in our decision-making.Whenever we had concerns or wanted changes, they handled everything with professionalism, listened attentively, and adjusted to our requests with ease. Their dedication to our project was evident. They paid close attention to detail, ensuring that all their work was of high quality. When they claim to prioritize quality and customer service, they truly mean it.The Pessotti Construction Team was respectful and considerate of our home. While we did not choose them to do the project (based on quotes), the customer service and responsiveness was amazing. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects! I have no doubt they would have done a great job! The quote was reasonable but not the lowest.
