Brandan walked us through every step of the home buying process, never pressured us into putting in an offer on anything we weren’t thrilled about, and welcomed our (many) questions as first time homebuyers. He was flexible/adaptable to our needs and his knowledge of the escalation clause helped us secure our very first offer!
