Family owned since 1976 I took over the past 23 years working on word of mouth referrals We do all kinds of carpentry .kitchen/bath remodeling, windows,vinyl siding, roofing, floors & fire escapes. Transforming old looking in need of tlc work ,to new updated again. Our concept is what my dad always taught me that the quality of work is important that if it isn't good enough for our own home, We wouldn't do it in your home.

I hired Mr Fonseca to roof my elderly mothers roof and if i could add an extra star to the rating i would. I am also a licensed contractor but to old to get on roofs and i have seen too meany fly by night contractors only interested in how fast and how much they can make, and care to little about honesty and quality. He did what he said he was going to do, for the price he said he would do it for and in the time he said he would do it. That's the quality part of his business. The honesty part is when my mom asked him to do some extra projects around the house and he did it after hours with one of his men for a price that was as if it was his own mother. When you consider the helpers wage, and the extra dumpster weight that is all he charged. I believe my mom gave him more than he asked for and he deserved it. Yes i would hire him again and recommend him also.

Mike and his crew were very professional. They came right out and got the job done fast. I would highly recommend them and will def do business with them in the future.

Details: Install new gutters (no existing gutters) • Less than 1,000 sq ft • Single-level building • Residential • I would like the pro to buy the gutter materials

Mike was very nice and did a good job on the project. It did however take too long to complete and he had to cancel several times due to personal responsibilities and the weather. I was not always made aware prior to the appointment. He also did an extra favor without me asking for it and he did not charge me. If you are not in a hurry he would be a good choice.
