- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being that we are a smaller design company, we can keep our prices surprisingly affordable without sacrificing quality and performance. Our pricing will vary based on the size of the website that you need, special features or functionalities, and whether or not we're creating any content for you. Please send us an email with some details about what you are trying to accomplish and we'll be back in touch with you with a number of options to consider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re thinking about starting a new project, that’s awesome! We want to hear all about it! At your convenience, we’ll set up an initial meeting just to chat. Our first encounter is a comfortable conversation that usually lasts about an hour. It gives you the opportunity to tell us more about your project, your goals, and ask us any questions you may have. There won’t be a any contracts you have to sign, concrete deal you have to make, or consultation fee involved afterward. At the end of the meeting, you can decide if we should talk further. If so, great! However, if you feel Artisan Creative is not the right fit, we want you to feel perfectly comfortable letting us know that. But we really hope you choose us!
