MLP was one of several people whom we got a quote from. Matt delivered on his word and provided a quality job, painting 2 apartments and making them look brand new.

Details: Multi-unit building • 6 rooms • Walls • Ceiling • 2,500 - 3,000 sq ft • 8 - 10 feet • Repainting - same color • Fair - minor holes and scratches • No, I would like the professional to supply the paint • No, I will move the furniture or wall hangings myself

We do not have a standard pricing system for our service. We believe that every job is different and unique, and it is not important that the pricing be standard, but that the pricing be fair and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ML Painting believes that the customer is the priority in any job. We like to speak with the customer to make sure we know exactly what the customer is looking to have done and also to make sure that the customer is comfortable with the work at hand.

ML Painting has 20 years of experience in Painting, Carpentry, and Drywall. ML Painting has done a variety of work including repaint, new construction, commercial, steel, and bridge work.
