Michael Wood says, "When I was looking for some Heat Pump systems for my home, Modern Energy was the 2nd company I connected with, and I am glad that I did. My salesman Cesar was great throughout the whole process. I could email him or text him and he would always respond and answer my questions. He walked me through the difference and benefits between a ducted system and mini-splits. The few interactions that I had with the office staff were great, they were always friendly and they did everything they could to accommodate my schedule. They helped me with the Mass Save rebate process and guided me through the whole thing. The workers that came and did the insulation needed before I could get the heat pumps were respectful of all my things and did a great job. They also answered all of my questions and were very respectful of my home. I want to give a great big thanks to Aaron, Dave, Kamil Jaskolski, Sean Whitehurst, and Jordan Allred who worked on installing my heat pump systems. They were all really friendly and made sure to remember each of my family members names. They never got irritated if I hovered or asked questions. They were polite and respectful at all times. They were even friendly to my over attentive dogs. They made sure to leave my home neat and the way it was when they started. They also did not mind answering my abundant questions.
