Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning

Sidney was great! Very nice and did a wonderful job on my carpet and couch for a great price. My Couch and white rug looked brand new and I have three black/white animals that are all over both all the time— among other slobbery visitors!

I requested a call about cleaning a rug, and was given a quote right away, with zero pressure to accept the service, if I wanted to shop around. When they arrived, I asked about 2 additional rooms and was given a reasonable quote to add those to the work being done. All work was completed in a short time, with great results.

House Cleaning

We've asked for deep cleaning and shared all information, however the cleaning was similar to everyday cleaning. Many stains just stayed the same and did not go!

Hi Haitham, your feedback is important to us. We did not cleaned your carpets. If you are referring to your house cleaning, you made us to stop the job before completely, because you had to leave and I asked you to finish it, you said no, it was good enough what we had done, and now you say things was not done correctly.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I'm very hard working and very dedicated in what I do. I always want things to be done perfectly, because I feel like if I'm not happy with my own work, my clients will not be too.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After I received the cleaning requested, I normally respond with in 3 minutes by phone call, email or text massage. It depends on how they requested the service and I only try to get in touch with customer for 2 or 3 times. If they don't respond I assumed they decide to go on a different direction.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I worked with different companies before I have my own business and during those times I was very well trained with some of this companies. And along with that I learned a lot by been out there and doing it for many years, eving today I still taking some of my busy time to learn on how to reinforce my techniques to better assist my customers.
