- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm very hard working and very dedicated in what I do. I always want things to be done perfectly, because I feel like if I'm not happy with my own work, my clients will not be too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After I received the cleaning requested, I normally respond with in 3 minutes by phone call, email or text massage. It depends on how they requested the service and I only try to get in touch with customer for 2 or 3 times. If they don't respond I assumed they decide to go on a different direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked with different companies before I have my own business and during those times I was very well trained with some of this companies. And along with that I learned a lot by been out there and doing it for many years, eving today I still taking some of my busy time to learn on how to reinforce my techniques to better assist my customers.
