Santiago did a great job painting our ceilings and touching up spots around our apartment. Wonderful to work with - very fast and professional. He also expertly sanded down and patched up areas of old water damage, looks good as new! Would definitely hire again, cannot recommend enough.

Arroyo Property painted our living and dining rooms and our outside deck railing. Everything looks much better and they are very careful and protective when painting. Would hire again.

Interviewed number of landscape companies. Went with company that gave me most detailed estimate. Santiago was prompt, pleasant and professonal. I would certainly hire him in future if needed.
