- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique and we prefer to physically see the job and discuss with the customer their wants and needs in order to provide an accurate estimate within their budget and timeframe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with the customer on site to see and discuss the project/s scope and determine and understand the customers wants vs needs to be able to come up with solutions to satisfy their home or business dreams.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed general contractor, home improvement contractor and hoisting engineer.
