- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is a two-step process. First I talk with the customer on The phone and get some more information about what it is that they want done exactly. . The second process is possibly taking a look at the property to see exactly what I’m working with and that my price is fair for the work being done. At that time I set up a day and time to come do the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a high school education, and a lot of experience in agriculture. Having grown up on a farm and work with many landscapers I feel I have a solid background and the education necessary to do this job. I also have Tried a lot of different processes and products on my own lawn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my brother when I was younger. He had his own landscaping company so I was around a lot of people in the trade really enjoyed working outside, and the instant gratification of a job well done.
