Not only that, but even though I did not communicate the full extent of what needed to be cleaned, they were so ready to accommodate and adapt on the spot. They kept prices super fair and even with the price changes due to new requests, stayed within $100 of the original cost estimate. They were generally very easy to talk to and when confronted with a difficult outgoing tenant, assured me that I could call them back later in the day to start cleaning. They were flexible and it was a privilege to have worked with them. They also do not hard-sell their services; they said that some parts of the apartment could not be salvaged even by them and suggested that we look for other specialists for those problems. Aaron W. says, "5 stars for value and quality of work -1 star for lack of communication. Really need to up your communication game. It is the easiest thing to over deliver on. You cant over communicate. You have someone's text number. Confirm the appointment ,again the night before, confirm you are on your way the day of. Let client know you are running late more than 5 minutes before you are scheduled to be there. APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience. Truck had two flats allegedly, and called me at 9:55am for a 10 am appointment and asked if it was ok to come around 1pm...then asked "how much did we agree on?". That's something you verify well in advance not 5 minutes before you are to be on site. On a positive note, to keep the appointment he rented a truck to keep his obligation which I greatly appreciated. He also had no complaints when the job was bigger than i originally communicated and brought a helper on very short notice. Did a good job loading and unloading and smartly packing the van. I paid an extra $200 which was my idea, he did not ask for a penny extra, I thought it was deserved given the extra work and effort to be there despite circumstances. Even after the morning snafu did the same on afternoon reschedule told me would be there by 1:20, at 1:30 said he was in the nearby only to show up 40 minutes later, saying went to wrong address in Holbrook for a job in Woburn.. Hard to understand how, it was texted to him more than once and in our original communications and the same street name and number in Holbrook has no buildings... Again, no apologies which makes a difference. Communication is critical, especially when you are new to this platform and people don't know what to expect. People moving are on a timeline you heighten their anxiety by making them have to contact you to find out what is going on. Otherwise, good job."See more
