Ryan was thorough in the work he performed and pleasant to have around. He replaced my oil furnace with a dual-fuel heat pump + gas furnace combo and I'm pleased with the outcome. He even let our dog out for us when we were late returning home from work!

Replacement AC works great. Absolutely no cleanup left behind. Friendly crew--I'm clueless about HVAC and they took the time to explain and answer Qs. Went a step further to suggest some efficiency improvements that were low hanging fruit. Very easy to recommend. I had checked out estimates from other teams beforehand and everything seemed stressful until Charlotte Mechanical came around. Price was right too. Thanks again!
