- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of training needed. BLS for Healthcare Providers is $75 per person, Babysitting Safety courses are $50 per person, and First Aid certification is $30 per person when added to a CPR or BLS class. I offer competitive rates and provide discounts for large groups, businesses, schools, and community organizations. Contact me for customized pricing based on your training needs and group size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make sure every student leaves feeling confident and prepared to respond in a real-life emergency. For first time students, classes may take a little longer because I spend extra time reviewing skills, answering questions, and providing hands-on practice. Before training, I discuss your specific needs and goals so I can tailor the class to your group. During the course, I create a fun, relaxed and engaging learning environment where students can practice until they feel comfortable. I never rush through the material. We don't finish until you feel confident in your skills and understand how to use them effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the dental field for over 20 years and have been teaching dental assisting for the past 13 years. Throughout my teaching career, I have certified hundreds of students in BLS for Healthcare Providers and CPR training. My extensive healthcare background, combined with years of hands-on teaching experience, allows me to provide high quality, engaging training that helps students build confidence and develop the skills needed to respond effectively in emergency situations.
