Zac was a delight to work with. His customer service was outstanding and his drawings were delivered on time. He answered all of our questions, and there were a lot! His experience as a General Contractor came in real handy in helping us to envision what we were looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Zac, he went above and beyond. We were very impressed with the quality of the drawings we received.

I am happy to add my 5 Star rating of Zac -- although we did not work with Zac on our project. Zac recognized immediately that the scope of our proposed project would involve localized 'hands-on' structural engineer and design. Zac did not reside in the area of our project and knew it would involve a lot of back and forth with permitting. Although he was more than capable of developing working drawings for out project he did not want to have us pay twice for the same service because it would be repeated by a local firm. Zac spent over two hours on the road each way and would not accept any payment for his time (approx 4-5 hours on a weekend).

We hired Zac to design a master suite addition for us. Zac was very professional. He stayed in constant contact and listened to what we wanted. He sent all his drawings for our approval and made all the changes we requested, resulting in exactly what we wanted. In the end we had a full professional set of blueprints perfect for getting bids from contractors and building approval from the town.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet on site or I will provide services as needed via phone and computer. I will review your information and give you a price to complete your drawings. Once I receive your deposit I will start on your design. All drawings include full CAD drawings consisting of floor plans and elevations. Also included will be a 3D version along with a video of your project to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the construction industry goes back to my vocational training in high school. I then attended night classes at Wentworth Institute in Boston MA specializing in developing drawings and work schedules.
